Let’s discuss about the beginners guide to waist training. Back support and better posture: You’ll find many options out there to help with back support and posture improvement, but are any of them as beautiful and versatile as a corset? WE don’t think so! You might be surprised at the number of corsets you would find under a pair of loose fitting scrubs or under those orange vests at your local home improvement store. Whether you’re standing for long periods or tied to an office chair for most of your work day, you won’t be able to slouch if you’re wearing a corset!
Is Waist Training Safe? I’ve personally been using a waist trainer for several years. Not only have I had very few problems with it, but I haven’t been altered or affected in a negative way by using the waist trainers. In fact, I just keep getting results. It is absolutely safe to use a waist trainer and to get the curves that you want. With it coming more into style, you know that every trainer will build in the safety components that every woman needs. On the other side… make sure you are aware of some potential problems…
The first time you wear your waist trainer, you may be taken aback by how it feels; the chances are you’ve never worn anything that’s designed to fit you this tightly. Start by doing it up on the loose setting. If you’re wondering where to start, the easiest way to fasten it up is by doing up the bottom hook and then working your way up. It might feel quite cumbersome at first but you’ll soon get much quicker – honestly! Once it’s done up and in position, you may feel rather stiff; this is correct as this is how it keeps your midsection in position and your back straight. This is also why after approximately an hour it can start to feel uncomfortable. You’ll need to build up your strength to be able to wear your waist trainer for longer.
How To Use a Waist Trainer
1. Your body must become accustomed to the constriction of the waist trainer. We recommend that the first few days of wearing the trainer to wear for limited amount of time 2-4 hours per day (depending on how much you feel is comfortable).
2. Gradually add an hour or two to your regime until you are able to wear the trainer through out the entire day.
3. Once the trainer is worn-in you can then begin to use the second set of clasps making the trainer tighter.
4. As you lose weight it will become more comfortable and will not feel as tight.
5. Now you can progress to the next size down as part of your continued weight loss regime. Read more info on Waist Training Guide.
What people write about WaistTrain : “Wow! I am impressed, thank you Waist Train for my everyday waist trainer and it’s only day 1… Mad thing is – I didn’t realise how bad my posture was… being a hairstylist all those years and having a little girl 4 years ago played a massive part in my poor posture and tendency to just go with it.. Yes I’ve got lumps and bumps but with my clean eating and lots of water intake… I will start seeing results! Now I’ve got that added boost whilst exercising everyday and the reminder to hold myself properly.”
Diet is always the most essential part in any weight loss plan. By safely compressing your stomach, waist trainers can effectively curb appetites as the body adjusts to eating smaller portions during meals. Wearing a waist trainer during exercise increases perspiration (which has a cleansing effect, removing toxins and impurities) and helps the body’s thermogenesis process. Improve your posture with waist training as it aids in keeping the body upright. Waist trainers assist those who stand or sit for extended periods of time, keeping you from slouching , helping to relive tension and pain in the back. Waist trainers can be worn underneath your everyday clothes as shapewear to enhance your body. Even exposed they make for a fashionable addition to your outfit especially in conjunction with your usual activewear.
