Stay Out of the Sun Whenever Possible. The higher you go up in altitude, the lower the levels of UV Protection you are getting. Some days on the trail, the sun can be brutal, giving you solar radiation from its powerful rays. Prepare for Cold and Rain – If it’s sunny you might be surprised at how warm it can get during the day. Most trekkers wear t-shirts and shorts for the first few days while the elevation is still low. Phi Phi island is a fabulous looking tropical gropu of islands. The Phi Phi Islands are an island group in Thailand, between the large island of Phuket and the Straits of Malacca coast of Thailand. Phi Phi is a group of six islands. The two main islands are Phi Phi Don and Phi Phi Leh. The Eternal Question: Should you buy a backpack or suitcase? I have a confession: I hate suitcases for long trips.
