Meet Peter Voldness and some of his thoughts

Peter Voldness or the growth of an investment banker in the gold mining industry. Prospector, an essential new tool for the mining industry, is an AI-enabled technology platform built to modernize the way investors and researchers search for and access information about mining. Prospector’s technology unlocks opportunities for investment in projects fueling discovery and mining for rare earth elements that will provide the foundation for our world’s clean energy. Prospector is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Analog, a mining investment company.

Peter Voldness has structured and funded over 150 ventures and raised over $450 million dollars for start- up and development stage companies including life sciences, encompassing genotyping, gene editing, regenerative medicine, logistics for clinical trial support and medical devices. His background is corporate finance, capital formation, both private and public finance, acquisitions, both capital structure and balance sheet restructuring and operations. Mr. Voldness additionally has 30 years of complex trading market experience. He has consulted with and advised over 250 companies in his career, including the financing of two junior mining operations.

In an uncertain economy with growing political risk, Analog combines highly attractive investment attributes, years of experience in the finance sector, and a high growth technology product. The company’s portfolio currently includes two, near-production gold properties in Mexico – Tres Oros and San Fernando – and the technology platform Prospector, an AI-powered search engine designed for the mining sector.

“The addition of Prospector’s platform and highly talented team marks a pivotal moment for our company,” said Analog Gold CEO Jim Culver. “We believe the mining market remains undervalued and the combination of this technology with our portfolio of precious metals projects positions us to grow in new ways.” The Analog Gold team cited Prospector’s ability to streamline dense information into easy-to-use dashboards as a key feature for users. “Time is the scarcest of all resources and the Prospector platform takes due diligence in mining from months to days and from days to minutes” said Peter Voldness, Analog Gold Executive Vice President of Corporate Finance.

Prospector Founder and CEO, Emily King, will shift to become Analog Gold’s Chief Innovation Officer while continuing to lead day-to-day operations of Prospector. “I am thrilled with the opportunity to work with Analog Gold,” said King. “This is a truly unique opportunity to combine revolutionary technology with more traditional, proven mining practices.”

Daughter of Michael Jackson radio interview: meet Mocienne Petit Jackson

Radio podcast with Mocienne Petit Jackson, author and daughter of Michael Jackson? Michael Jackson is one of the most loved artists in human history and that’s why everything related to him is huge. You maybe heard about the case of Mocienne Petit Jackson, called by the media the Michael Jackson’s secret daughter. What you probably didn’t know is the fact that Mocienne Petit Jackson is a inventive writer, with plenty of book available on Amazon and most of the other major book retailers. Contrary to the deduction that has been suggested by people of the international press, the L.A. County Superior Court did not reject the case of Mocienne Petit Jackson in 2010 on the basis of the case’s integrity. Instead, the request to validate Ms Jackson’s claim using DNA evidence from the deceased Michael Jackson was not granted due to the fact that the State of California does not possess the jurisdiction to conduct DNA tests on the deceased. As a result, the case has remained open indefinitely. She asserts that the stories which had been published in late-2010 in light of the case have had a damaging effect on her reputation and on her business operations, and she expresses her belief that some measure of responsibility ought to be taken for the detrimental effects that being in the media spotlight can have on one’s repute. Ms Jackson also points out that the role of social media runs in a similar vein—alleging that it was used as a means to verbally harass her in relation to the court case, as well as to spread misinformation more generally.

At present, Ms Jackson is seeking to make a name for herself as her own individual. Thriller, for example, offers unique insights on her life by including stories concerning unusual and difficult situations that she experienced while living in the Netherlands. She argues extensively, for instance, that the harshness of the Dutch political system has had a significant impact on her character, and that by writing about it she can express a sense of frankness. Ms Jackson also claims that her father had a tendency to exhibit unusual behaviour which she believes may have arisen from the knowledge that he had kept his daughter in secret since the age of seventeen years. Michael Jackson allegedly did not discuss the topic openly because it was difficult and frightening for him to come to terms with.

According to this assessment, a majority of press coverage on the subject has been misleading. For example, before the death of her father in June 2009, Michael Jackson had spent eight months living in the Amstel Hotel in Amsterdam in order to be nearer to his then nine-year-old grandson. Furthermore, Ms Jackson’s mother Barbara Jane Ross, sister of the musician Diana Ross, is alleged to have lied about ever having met Michael Jackson while speaking in an interview on the Dutch television programme RTL Boulevard. Ms Jackson therefore believes—due to these two factors not having featured in press reports—that the media has treated the story in an unbalanced manner.

Dangerous (1991): Arguably the most underrated adult-era MJ album. Dangerous might be the first time Michael followed trends instead of setting them but this is no mere cookie-cutter release. MJ’s partnership with Teddy Riley showed that there was more than enough room for him to carve his own niche in the crowded New Jack Swing scene. And he did it effortlessly. Yes, the King of Pop released one of the greatest New Jack Swing albums of all time, crafting an album that blends several musical genres while simultaneously bearing his soul with poignant lyrics. Keep that in mind the next time you get annoyed when a pop singer drops a great R&B album. Forgotten Favorites: “She Drives Me Wild,” “Will You Be There,” “Can’t Let Her Get Away”.

In this, the first of a three-part autobiography by Mocienne Petit Jackson, we meet the main character Mocienne. We read about her wonderful adventures from the age of six until the age of nine. She lived with her father – Michael Jackson! – in California. As he was not at home very often she was always in the company of a nanny. However, one nanny was continuously being replaced by the next. Mocienne was also often sick. Her father made an important decision and moved her to Haiti to go and live with an aunt -he wanted her to be part of a family. In time, she realised that her father was not like other fathers and that he was not who he claimed to be: a policeman. He would often visit her on Haiti when he was not busy with a performance. You maybe heard about the case of Mocienne Petit Jackson, called by the media the Michael Jackson’s secret daughter. What you probably didn’t know is the fact that Mocienne Petit Jackson is a fertile writer, with plenty of book available on Amazon and most of the other major book retailers. Contrary to the implication that has been suggested by members of the international press, the L.A. County Superior Court did not throwout the claim of Mocienne Petit Jackson in 2010 on the basis of the case’s integrity. As a result, the case has remained open indefinitely.

It’s strange, too. For instance, at the time of Jackson’s death, people kept saying to one another, “I can’t believe he’s gone.” When had anyone seen him? Save for headlines or tabloids, Jackson spent most of his time during the ’00s out of the spotlight. Even when he released 2001’s highly underrated Invincible, he made little to no appearances. Sure, Sony botched any plans on promotion, but it was nothing a world tour wouldn’t have solved. That’s why the release of Michael, Jackson’s first posthumous effort, feels relatively similar. The interest is there, but the icon isn’t.

Jackson established nerve centers at Record One and Larrabee Studios, just a few miles down Ventura Blvd. The latter had the SSL mixing console that Riley needed to make the tracks slap, and despite his pop reputation, Jackson wanted his new songs as hard as humanly possible. Engineers remember Jackson demanding that they play the New Jack Swing songs so loud that your ears bled. He invariably blew up a pair of headphones each session. As you’d expect, the recording process boasted its requisite share of idiosyncrasy. Nancy Reagan visited the studio once, requiring the Secret Service to search the place for hours prior to her visit. Brooke Shields called frequently to talk to Michael, who materialized every day in the same black dress pants and red button-down shirt (he had a clothing rack of just two items). Slowly but surely Mocienne reaches the conclusion that the mafia played and still play a large and destructive role in his (and her) life. Invincible (2001): Admittedly I’ve come around on Invincible in recent years. Back in 2001 it felt like a massive disappointment because, well, it’s a Michael Jackson record, and we expect nothing less than perfection. While flawed, Invincible has plenty of standout moments, showing that Michael was once again able to adapt to a changing musical landscape. And I’m still pissed we didn’t get an official video for “Butterflies.” Forgotten Favorites: “Break of Dawn,” “Heaven Can Wait,” “Privacy”.

For the most part, the collaborations actually hurt the songs. No, “Monster” isn’t the next “Thriller”, as 50 Cent claimed it to be, but it’s a decent song. Jackson sounds awkwardly retro, the beat shuffles ‘n’ sweeps, and it feels right…until you’re thrown next to 50’s uninspired rap that sounds more fitting for a summer blockbuster theme. The same goes for the highly irritating and incredibly repetitive “Hold My Hand”, where Akon belts out the same thing again and again in an equally monotonous pitch. For a lead single, it’s tepid and incredibly campy. Then there’s “(I Can’t Make It) Another Day”, featuring guitar wizard Lenny Kravitz, who churns out a chalky riff that tires 45 seconds into the song. Jackson himself sounds angry, forceful, and dominating, but altogether it doesn’t beg for a re-listen. That’s sort of a must when it comes to his music.

Dangerous: In the third section, boy becomes man: Jackson struts through a wall of flames, Henley shirt open, screaming at his enemies like a mad king. It gives way to Culkin rapping in shades and oversized gold chains, which is just as well considering that this is the man who actually spit the bars. Jackson’s embrace of hip-hop not only aligned him with the popular sound of black (and white) youth culture, it adds an aggressive masculinity unseen in his catalogue, and ultimately paved the way for the late period Biggie therapy session. Of course, in the final section, Jackson turns into a black panther. You understand that meaning. So did millions of parents in Tipper Gore America, who flooded Fox and its local affiliates with phone calls, forcing Jackson’s team to re-cut and sanitize the video. Mocienne Petit Jackson talks her new book on being the daughter of Michael Jackson

Mocienne Petit Jackson talks her new book on being the daughter of Michael Jackson? Mocienne Petit Jackson’s (Michael Jackson’s daughter) books are now out in Spanish! Part two of the three-part autobiography of Mocienne Petit Jackson starts with an extended description of the kidnapping of Mocienne and her life in The Netherlands. Subsequently we read how her life turned out with her adoptive family – where she and her cousin Délivrance stayed.Gradually she discovers that her real father is Michael Jackson. At the age of 15 she left her adoptive family, lived at a boarding school for 4 years and then got a place of her own. We follow her throughout the time when she passed through her teenage years and entered maturity – which was not always easy.Mocienne meets a man who she has a child with. However, this commitment was not to be.We learn about the problems she encounters with the Child Protection Services, followed by many court cases. At first, the court cases related to her own situation, later on they turned into a battle for her son. The one unacceptable situation followed yet another unacceptable situation. We also learn about the many traumatic events of the main character, her depressions and countless struggles to process the misery linked to her life and her strife to let it go. The writer clearly explains these struggles through vivid flashbacks.

At present, Ms Jackson is seeking to make a name for herself as her own individual. Thriller, for example, offers unique insights on her life by including stories concerning unusual and difficult situations that she experienced while living in the Netherlands. Bad (1987): And now, we get to the heavy hitters. Bad is one of the defining albums of my childhood – one of my earliest memories is “proving” to my parents that I knew every word of the title track by singing it at the dinner table. Equal parts rock, pop and soul, Bad may have suffered from the Thriller curse in the 80s – pundits recognized it was good, but not AS GOOD as one of the best albums ever made, always an unfair criticism – but the album’s cavalcade of hits, and its influence on pop and R&B at the time, cannot be denied. Bad may not have aged as well as some of MJ’s other top-shelf releases but that doesn’t make it any less groundbreaking. Forgotten Favorites: “Speed Demon,” “Just Good Friends,” “Another Part of Me”.

As a result, the case has remained open indefinitely.

On the whole, Michael feels rather dull. Vocally, he’s on target the majority of the time, with the exception of the still manufactured-sounding, “Breaking News”, but musically it’s far from impressive. So many of the beats sound so derivative that it lacks any evolution, which is what Jackson was always about. Look at the transition between Off the Wall and Thriller, or better yet, Bad to Dangerous. He went from disco to ’80s synth, from hair metal aesthetics to New jack swing. What’s more, he always surrounded himself with the most top notch, key players in any industry. Do you think it was by chance that Jackson hired the likes of Macaulay Culkin or Michael Jordan for his videos? Remember, it was the early ’90s, those guys were just as much royalty as he was. The same went for Slash, or Eddie Van Halen, or Martin Scorcese, or Teddy Riley. That’s what’s missing on Michael.

Partly, this is because non-solo Jackson tunes are wisely included: Rockwell’s 1984 hit “Somebody’s Watching Me” and two of the Jacksons’ best tunes are reconstituted betwixt “Thriller” and “Leave Me Alone” to give their minor-key menace a flow. The horn-y “Xscape”, first unveiled in 2014, is given a chance to shine in its Prince-circa-Come way, while overtaxed 2001 swan song Invincible gets its excellent bookends, “Unbreakable” and “Threatened”, subsumed into something greater (though it’s not clear what the former, a not-spooky-at-all Biggie duet, is doing here). It doesn’t take much to pry the famed Janet duet “Scream” from the jaws of HIStory’s mediocrity.
